Bicycle Riding

Waking up at 4 a.m. in the morning to participate a 'marathon' is insane. Or maybe lunatic. But why would I, completely rational, would do such a thing? Here are two reasons to let you know why would I agree to such a raw deal? Here are some (and all) reasons.

  1. Extra 14 marks for co-curriculum
  2. Free helmet and bike
About the bike, it is a piece of junk, no offence. My bike is the best example. When I ride my bike at home, I can ride a lot faster, but when I ride this one, either my stamina was sucked away by gravity, or I actually weigh twice I am (which is 30 something).

Anyways, even though we arrived the so called square at 5:30, we had to wait until 7:00 to ride our bikes, which is the time that our Prime Minister comes. Seriously, I thought leaders were supposed to be role models. If he came late, why couldn't we?

The group was divided into two groups. The first group is the bicycle group, which get to ride bikes, and the cheering group, which get to cheer. I've got to admit, their job seems fun. Fun.

After 15 minutes I rode the bicycle, I kinda found out that my bicycle wasn't exactly the word 'good'. So I rode as slow as a snail, and the cheer squad cheered me like I did above.

It was the longest 45 minutes in my life. My legs were tired, my body is sweating, and my bicycle is still the same ol' junk. I saw many people that I know pass by me. I tried to catch up. But my legs cannot bear anymore movement. When I reached the final station, I literally tossed my bike to the parking lot, and didn't even look back.

I took some coffee and cereal afterwards, and fell asleep in the bus that I thought that was never going to come, and reminding myself not to pick the wrong bike the next time I join this marathon, if there is a next time.

My Class

The thing is in Form 1, the usual old class you love isn't there anymore. I have a class like that, and I think you do. Now I'm stuck in a class called 1A9. What a stupid name for a class. Just when I thought that it couldn't be worse, I realized one thing. There are only about 6 students from my previous class, and I wasn't exactly 'pals' with them.

Because I was so depressed that I'm going to be lonely, I volunteered myself as assistant monitor, because that's what people do when they're depressed, they become assistants. Believe it or not, my teacher said 'yes'. Maybe it was my aura that affected her, or she was just relieved that someone volunteered.

After some time in middle school, I was no longer lonely, cause I was too busy to mind about entertainment and socializing. Anyway, here are a few people in the class who actually have jobs, unlike other people who's only job is to do homework. Ok, here goes:

Monitor: Not exactly the nicest boss in the world, as she never gives me any job to skip classes.
Always leaves school 5 minutes earlier just to put a book. It ticks me off that she takes her annoying friend, not me. (Don't be mistaken, I just want to go home earlier)

Hygiene monitor: There's actually nothing to say.

Assistant hygiene monitor: Despite being the hygiene monitor, he doesn't isn't exactly a role model. Always burps

Treasurer: Green, mean fighting machine. She always fight win one boy in the class. I bet the boy is angry that she collects money everyday.

Secretary: In charges of writing names of people who don't pass up their homework. Younger sister of the monitor. Bet she's happy writing the name of her sister down. Cause believe me, I would...

No need for assistant monitor, as you know how I am...

2nd Day in Hang Zhou

I woke up at 8:00 o’clock, which was a pretty hard thing to do because of last night watching movies and television series at the hotel. After eating breakfast at the Chinese fast food restaurant besides the hotel, then I went on the bus to go to today’s destination——Long Jing Village, which was famous for its tea, Long Jing tea. It took 45 minutes via bus, and 15 minutes via car, which is also known as the local taxi to a place near the village. I walked up the village through a road which the Emperor Kang Xi had took a walk before.

After walking up to the village, I went to a restaurant, and ate some local food, which included sour and sweet fish, Dong Bo Pork, and some kind of chicken soup that I’m not familiar with. After eating, I went down with a ‘local’ taxi to a bridge which is very long. I bought a handmade kite which costs 50 Yen and broke after 30 minutes by someone who was clumsy.

After walking pass the bridge, I went to rent a bike, but I couldn’t because you have to make a special card for it, which the place to make it is 20 minutes away from here. So I didn’t rent the bike, instead I went to a grand restaurant which has many good steak. After eating steak and drinking milkshake there for about 2 hours, I went back to the hotel and got a good night’s sleep.

At Hang Zhou 1/2

I arrived China this Thursday, via train to Kuala Lumpur from Penang, and to Hang Zhou via Air Asia. I travelled at Hang Zhou before arriving my destination- Su Zhou, which is 2 hours away from here, Hang Zhou.

On the first day at Hang Zhou, I checked in into a three-stared hotel which has many good shows on TV (Really, with nice drama and movies). After putting the luggage and bags, I went for a stroll at XiHu Lake. When it was 5 o'clock, the sky already got pretty dark. And then some guy begin selling some simple but fun lighted-toys that you play it by tossing it in the air with a band.

Although it was about 5 yen, but people were literally rushing to by that toy. By seven o'clock, the whole sky at the park is lighted by that toy. At eight o'clock, I watched a boring show of fountains just because many people were there prepared to watch it.

After eating some beef noodles, I went to bed at room 317.

Farewell ceremony

Today is the day which the Farewell Ceremony is celebrated. Of all of the days I've been through, today was the saddest. If you have never been through all of this, you will never understand why this is sad.

Right after the sixth Fun & Games class, our class monitor called us to line up outside the class. All of us know whats going on. Its the ceremony that every Year 6 student has been through before——the Farewell Ceremony.

When we were in the school hall, we saw all props and things are already putted in place and order. After 20 minutes we reached there, the principal lectured a speech about leaving and being useful to the country and all that stuff. Afterwards, its show time.

But it wasn't relax time for us volunteers. We have to give teachers and the students drinks, yummy food, forks and spoon while they sit there and enjoy the shows that the students prepared.

Here's a list of the shows.

  • Dance of Oh! by Girls Generation and We're All In This Together
  • Dance of some random Chinese song which I keep forgetting its name
  • Solo of the song Tong Hua
  • Dance of the song Nobody But You which made me tremble

And pretty much I can remember, that's all of the shows. Although there were only 4 shows, but we got to enjoy the nice fried rice which has eggs and cucumber in it.

After the shows, some random girl from a random class gave a speech about thanking the teachers and all that. Then, we have to sing sad songs about leaving. About 5 people wept.

Afterwards, our school celebrity——Tan Jia Wei, who has won many international and country badminton tournaments, told his story about his training and his tournament story.

Then, the Farewell Ceremony ended. We have to walk around the hall and shake hands with all of the teachers at school, while they congratulated us with short, but meaningful words. 90% of the girls cried, and 40% (including me)of the boys cried, not just because of their iron grip, and the sad song, it's because the thought that we will never get to see our fellow mates and teachers again.

The 5 minutes that most of the people cried, was the saddest 5 minutes I've ever been through.

Afterwards, we sadly walked back class in order, scrubbing our eyes and thinking of memories.

A visit to the cinema

Last Saturday, me and approximately 40 pupils (Each class 7 students that did well in the exams) and teachers went to the cinema as a reward of our good exam results (That's the reason why exams aren't that bad). We went there not to just watch a movie, we also watched how they broadcast the movies.

We gathered at school at about 10:00 o'clock. Then, we went to Pacific (A shopping center) in an air-conditioned bus. We arrived there in a short time of 15 minutes. The cinema people took us into a room that writes 'Do Not Enter' on the front door.

We saw how hard it was to broadcast the movies, and believe me, you have to be a professional to do this hard job. Amazingly enough, 2 seconds of a movie needs 58 frames, not just the cartoons. A smile in the cartoons take about 58 frames. It doesn't just take talent to be an actor, it also needs $. They showed us how to stick back broken frames. They used TAPE. But if you try to tear the frames apart, you will be surprised.

After all the visiting, It was movie time. We got to watch the movie "The Karate Kid", which i like pretty much. Not just that. The teachers also got us a huge bottle of coke and a pack of popcorn. The show was about 1 hour and a half, and all the people in the cinema loved it. I would give it a 9.0/10.0 review, although it was a remake of an old movie, but this remake is different. Halfway through the movie, all of us had already finished our popcorn and coke.

After the movie, the bus came by and took us home. And that was the end of the trip to the cinema.

Badminton

Yesterday guess where I've been at 4:30-6:30? Ans: Badminton Court. Now I have a extra class at Saturday-Badminton. I'm not good at badminton, in fact, I don't even know how to get started! But that's not the point I have to go there. It seems that my body is too weak that I have to join a sport quickly...or else.

I tried to talk out of it, because I do not like sports. But, If I didn't, I won't be surfing the Internet on the weekends. So,(sigh) I have to go no matter what. When I went there, I have to warm up, and I'm pretty sure I must have twisted a bone or two. After that, It's group sorting time. I ended up in the boring-est group, which we have to try to start a ball (or those furry thingies). I always did something wrong and then the teachers come to correct me. I'm stuck in this for about two hours. But the group didn't turn out that bad, the others were worse. I was exhausted. I haven't sweat like this for....months. After that, It was competing time. I found out that hitting a ball is much easier than starting a ball. That lasted for about half an hour then the class is done.

When I went home, my stomach began to ache. It probably was because I drank some water when I was doing some hard exercise. Then, it got nasty. It ached so much that I had to punch it to get the pain away. And today...I had a flu. I may be because of I slept at 12:00 yesterday.. or it amy be the symtomps that the flu (which I always have) might be gone. Whatever it is, I've learnt something after I went to the badminton calss.

1.How to start a ball

2.Do not drink water during exercises

3.Badminton may bring me flu (or might cure my flu)

Ha...

I don't hate school as much as before, in fact, I like school quite a bit. I think you must be surprised. On one of my latest paragraph says I hate school. Well not at all now!

Last week, I became the one at the stage. It turned out to be absolutely perfect!! I didn't have stage frights, nothing at all! I love it! And school didn't turn up that boring. We compete who has the least homework!! Jokes, tales, it is included everywhere!! Homework, is less than ever now. And there are more holidays than Czech!

I attended the competition Public Speaking. I am so glad about it. If I win I would make the school proud!!

Bye.

5 days 4 nights at Buddhist Camp Day 5

Today's the last day...

So, I woke up at 6:00, and did the same schedule as the 2nd and 3rd day. But at morning session, I shivered so hard that my teeth are fighting. So I asked to be in the medic room, again. But the boy's medic room is unusable, cause no one, and nothing is in there. So I just have to move to the girl's medic room, and I shivered even harder. And no blanket. I felt like a person only with underwear on abandoned at the North Pole. Luckily, someone pushed the off switch, and I have to say to myself 'Why didn't you think of that?'. It was all black. There were no windows at that room(Know any rooms like that?). I woke up at about 1:00 and ate the 2nd lunch (Clue: Waste not, Want not). After delicious lunch it's time for work (I call it chores). The time I wanted to start, they told me not to do it (cause I'm sick), but I insisted. So I did it, but easier ^^ .
Then we have to go to the hall for some reasons, and I remembered: who is the winner? I asked my teammates but sadly, we didn't win. Then all the workers sat down on chairs on the stage, and that's went the drama began. The manager, co-manager and some others gave us a sad, but wonderful speech about how long they took to plan and do this camp for us. Most of us cried. But some didn't cry, and that was my cousin, and cousin's cousins, who can only put their mind on computers. I don't want to leave here. It's so fun. And of course, I can't bear leaving friends, forever. I felt sorrow. My tears fell down. But no one saw it. That's right, most of them are crying, or trying to cheer up the crying ones. Guess what? Even the workers and helpers cry. And if some people see people cry, they cry.
After this speech, It's time we putted our luggage at the luggage room (there's no room, I meant the back of the hall). then we prepared for the closing ceremony. The winners get to replay their show, and the losers just sit back and watch. Then for the awards. our team won nothing, but our leader won the 'Best Leader Trophy', and then all of us get a cerfiticate. Then some people give us a speech, then it ended.
Farwell freinds......
Farwell...
Bye..
Bye.
We'll meet again.

5 days 4 nights at Buddhist Camp Day 4 2/2

...We all are very excited. You know the winners will get a trophy each person and get to show-off at the closing ceremony. That's why we are excited. There are 3 different types of trophies. The best MV, the best drama, and of course, the best hand language/dance. Cause we are the 4th, we get to practise again our MV. The problem is, there had been changes. Great, now I'm becoming a train for the 1st part, then back to my places in the 2nd part. At least I'm the head of the train, and I get to act after all. So we watched and watched, when the 2nd group started acting, our eyes popped out. It was so great, that I can ensure it's gonna win, they are just so unique, that I can't use words to describe them. And for the 3rd, if I write down everything no one would believe me! When the 3rd started acting, we went on the backstage. Don't ask me how I could see on the backstage, cause... Alright. There is a window, happy? When they finished, we got on stage. We went to our places, and it went perfect, until.... Did you read about the train? Cause we didn't practise it, When the train started surrounding the people the music started. So we have to do it so quickly that you had known: we made a BIG mistake. So after acting still a big wave of applause, but it seemed more quiet than the 2nd team's applause. Sigh, that's what happens if yo make big changes.

After that I felt uncomfortable again, so I have to go to you know, the medic room. It turned out I have to sleep in the medic's, again. So I missed out some of the shows =_= thanks to viruses. After all those shows, I went to rest. Sleep for an hour and something, I went for dinner, and no campers. After I went to medic's not for sleep, for nothing. They told me that there is gonna have a campfire tonight, and ask me if I wanna come, and the answer is a 'yes'.

So after 5 minutes, the campfire started. They started dancing and stuff, while me and the other sick guys watch them fooling around. After they threw a fireball to the wood, the wood started burning, and burning, and burning.

After that, they went for supper, and I went for sleep!

5 days 4 nights at Buddhist Camp Day 4 1/2

I know, i haven't mentioned about the show on that last one, but it was only a practice for the judges to see, and let them improvise it, my bad.

Day 4

I woke up at about 6:15, and quickly brushed my teeth and changed my clothes; or else I'm late for morning lesson. But when I went there, I was late. But because I'm sick, no one really cared. Which was good for me ^^. Cause if i do too much of this thing, I would get asthma. So today there is a trip. We have to split groups and it was so boring. I was in group 5. Good thing. My other friends are in Group 5. After breakfast, which we had to eat on the bus, we went on the bus. Good news is, it is air-conditioned, Bad news, the Group 4 people have to come on the Group 5 bus. Really bad news, the bus is really noisy and they are talking dumb things. So I had avoided all these bad things by the 1 thing that you all have~~~~~~~~~Sleep. Yes, I was so tired any ways that I didn't eat my breakfast. I think I slept for 15 minutes, and the noises of the campers awaken me. They are singing and rehearsing, that I still can hear noises even when I am closing my ears.

Finally, we arrived our destination. it was the home for handicaps. No, in there didn't have people with no eyes or have problem with their ears, all the people in there are just no legs or arms. First, the house manager guided us all places in the home of handicaps. There were a gym, library in the home of handicaps, even a swimming pool! After seeing all those places, we began help them with their work, which was very simple, but hard for them. There are 2 jobs, getting rid of rubber lids of plastic sticks, 2nd, putting the little rubber thingies into the pen lid. I spent most of my time doing Job no.1, and when I am doing that, I asked the handicaps some questions. Like, are you happy? Or, do you like it here? After doing all those work, we performed for the handicaps, then went to another destination.

It was not a 'real' destination, we just stop by there for lunch. While eating lunch, many black-striped mosquitoes came to sting us. It was said If you got sting by that little devil you would get Dengue fever. I bet you wouldn't want that, so some of the mates launched a counter attack, but the ones who attack got stung the most. I got stung, but then I asked for some medicine, and the itch went away. After we went to another destination, the landmarks of Penang. Bad time for a road trip, It was boiling hot walking and walking. We went to the Little India, and I forgot. Didn't do well on remembering names.

At last, went on to the air-conditioned bus. This time, I sat with the helper, due to the reason 'talking annoying things that I can't sleep'. And I could finally can have my quiet piece of time, but it only lasted half an hour. Then back to the camp. The tryout is here. It's to see who's the best of the best. And we are the fourth to do the tryout. To be continued due to special reasons....

(Like, my time is up. I'll continue tommorow. I only can write 1 hour, max.)

Drama class

And it's only 1 day. We went there at 8:00am, after grabbing a egg muffin at Mcdonald's. The class was held at the KOMTAR, which had about 64 floors. We had to do a drama according to a story based like this. It's a bit childlish

Once upon a time, there were 2 planet that were so close to each other it had a bridge to connect those 2 planets. The planets were called cavity planet and clean teeth planet. Cavity planet people's teeth are broken, and the Clean teeth planet's people have clean teeth. What's the cause of the Cavity planet's people's cavities? It's the dirty work of the cavity worm. It loves to break the teeth of the people who don't brush. But one day, the planet's people were sick of their cavities, so all of them went to the dentist and take care of their teeth. Now the cavity worm has noone's teeth to rot. So where did he went? The Clean teeth planet. But that planet has a superhero called Captain Toothbrush. Captain Toothbrush's job is to remind the kids to brush, and cavity worm doesn't want that. At last, he though of a plan. He transformed into a girl whiched selled junk food. Bad junk food that can rot their teeth. The children were stupid so they trusted he/her words. The junk food seller a.k.a the cavity worm said that if you brush your teeth then the smell of the junk food will be gone forever. The kids like junk food. So everytime Captain Toothbrush comes, the kids lie to them that they haved brush.

1 week later,
The kids meet again. A kid said:"My teeth are yellow and black" . Then another kid asked:"How many days you all have didn't brush?" They counted. 1,2,3,4,5,6,7!!!!!!! They all said:"We've all hadn't brush for a week!" One kid said:"The junk food seller lied! We have stinky breath!" Another kid said:"Let's go brush!" All the kids agreed. But when they are about to brush they were shocked. Their teeth had holes and are yellow and black. This is when Captain Toothbrush came. He asked:"Why are you so sad?" They answered:"Our tooths hurt" Ct:"How come?" K:"We lied to you Ct, we didn't brush." Cavity worm appears. Cw:"Haha!Foolish children, I'll rot your teeth and lay little cavity worms!" K:"Eeek!!!!" Cw:"I'll turn your planet into my cavity planet!" K:"AHHHHHH!" Cw:"The only way to save it is to have your teeth pulled out!" K:'(closed their mouth)" Ct wasn't very impressed. He had a battle with him. Cavity worm used his color pencils and driller while Captain Toothbrush used his toothpaste snowball, soon toothbrush man used his Colgate cannon the cavity worm was defeated.

Phew!!!! Got me 1 hour on this one!

Ct=Captain Tooth
K=Kids
Cw=Cavity worm

5 days 4 nights at Buddhist Camp Day 3

Still 6:00. No, not 6:00 pm, am! Again we took our toothbrushes and clothes to the bathroom, and change. But me, I need my own privacy when I change. So I went into the shower stall and changed instead. After changing and brushing, I went up the hall for morning lesson. Yes, I know, pray, pray, and pray again. Afterwards the camp manager told us that today was supposed to be our outing trip, but we have shows today. What shows you may ask, Sigh, have you been reading all my hard work? It's the show that every group has prepared! Then, time for handing out the awards. Our team got the 'Best Team Bracelet', which makes us kinda proud. Also the our helper. They get one too you know. Did I tell you this? I didn't made friends with any of my so called 'teammates', but with the helpers!

No morning exercise. Donno why, probably because of the girl campers are striking for 'girl rights'. I also told you before. Have you been reading???? :( Breakfast. Some rice as breakfast. Imagine that in your daily life, especially when you have to eat it ALL. Sound scary? Not so much. Also practising, for the show. I think it's about time I showed you the it's lyrics.
啦啦啦~~啦啦啦~~啦啦啦~~

Phew! Quite a lot isn't it? Sorry no music, but you can find it yourself, It's title is 浪花一朵朵.

We are doing a MV about it. And I'm in the center in the show. No, we are not all about us dancing, also hand language. I can still remember it well although 1 week had gone. Another rabbi(which also means high priest) came to give us a speech, very interested. They putted jokes in it, that's why it's fun. No, I can't tell you the jokes, they are in Chinese, and if I translated them it would not be funny. But, he understands a quite lot about kids, he knows what we are playing and can solve our problems, and thats how my identity when out. You see, they don't know I just came back from Czech, but at that point They mistaken Europe to Australia, until I explained to my fellow friend helpers. They keep asking me questions, but I'm not surprised. Actually I'm kinda glad! I think I have felt what it feels to be....uh....donno. Speaking about Europe, I felt kinda sick while we are playing treasure Bingo. So i have to go and rest for the rest of the day (2 rests, ha ha). And that's where I also meet 2 friends, Zhi Hui and Jia Yi. Actually Jia Yi has a English name, But i didn't ask him about it. They took care of me for the rest of the day including my team's helpers and some people from the camp. Also, they chatting and chatting, even when bedtime because obviously someone had to look after me!(And it's JiaYi ,a high school student who really likes to talk with me, in PerfectEnglish! I slept at 2pm, at the air-conditioned medical room! But never mind, as long I get my rest today.

5 days 4 nights at Buddhist Children Camp Day 2

Guess when did we had to woke up? 6:00 am!! And you thought 9 hours is still not enough for you. Then I, I mean we had to go and change and brush. At about 6:30, we all went to the hall to do a morning lesson. I'll tell you what we do.

We are given each person a paper, laminated, and have to read those things inside. Those poems were some parts of the Buddhist 'Bible'. It was all so holy, you should see for yourself. But some kids come and break the scene. You know how? They took the 'Bible' and fold it, shake it like a fan (that doesn't need electric and no it's not solar powered), and even worse, pick their toenails with it. We knew that by the camp manager announcing: You have done 60% as we expected and blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah, And some people use the 'Bible' and blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah. I think it was 15 minutes long. not a very good start for a day, isn't it?

Then the camp manager then gave the 'Excellent Camper Badge', 'Excellent Leader Badge' and the 'Excellent Team Bracelet' to of course, to the excellent ones. Guess what? We didn't get any, how's that? Afterwards we did some morning exercise, which you can say, I've been to hell before. We had to do some physical movements to our teammates, and no. We don't split up a team for boys, a team for girls. Unluckily, I end up with a girl in front of me. Don't look at me (you can't anyway), It's not only me who's suffering, but the girl in front too. How would you like a massage by a boy which is younger than you and you hardly even know him? After 15 minutes, finally over. Thanks a lot, I said to God/Buddha/or whatever. It's just my habit, you know, up there. When something bad happens, I groan to the sky. Not a very good thing to do, especially when a big statue of Buddha is on your back.

After breakfast, we played a game, then a monk, who was a Christian before, came to a give a speech about 'The Life of Buddha'. Wow, that took 2 hours, and it was so interesting that i didn't forget a word he said, only few.

Lunch is served. Veges again. And still have to pray. Sigh, my tounges are dry. Pray this, pray that, its so tough being religous. Don't you think?

Later on we went out side and played the game 五戒, which means the 5 concepts.

I have a concept, and that is don't get wet with your clothes on, and don't get paint on any part of your body. Guess what? They force me to break that concept! I wish you like a guy with a wet, green face! It took 3 hours, and our team didn't even win any competition. Hahahaha.ha...ha......haha....

Then we went inside, of course to take a shower and change, silly! What else?

Then the night lesson. Again praying. And Oh did I mention we are preparing an MV tommorow? It's called 《浪花一朵朵》. It's about the waves. And finally we know what were gonna do. Then dinner. Dinner was sweet, very nice, especially with Mr.Curry with rice. Then we had some midnight activities, then off to bed at 11:00!

5 days 4 nights at Buddhist Children Camp, Day 1

Where have I been in those 5 days 4 nights? Well I'm here to tell you. I went to the 17th Buddhist Children Camp which was located at Butterworth,Penang. Hold your thoughts, this may be a children camp, but it is 60% fun, 40% learning about Buddhism by fun. So how was it? I'll tell you by writing a diary about you know, up there, and enjoy.

The reason I write one day by one is because if i write all together, its gonna take too long.

Note: Buddhism is not a religion, it is a type of education, many people have mistaken. And also the feelings is the feelings that day OK?

Day 1

I had wished I never came. Now my brother can have all the fun at home, including sleep. I have to wake up at 7:45, cause of this camp, my brother can sleep 12 hours a day. After eating breakfast(Wait, I didn't eat anything), I went to the camp at 8:00(don't ask why). When I went there, I think I was a bit early. After getting my name tag, checking my luggage and putting my luggage, I went to the air-conditioned hall and listen to the worker's speeches, about the rules and legacy there, then began to make some things for our team. First we started with song, and it goes like this.

一二三四五六七,

菩提菩提一定行。

加油加油加加油。

爱的鼓励,啪啪啪啪啪啪啪啪啪啪啪。

Can't read? Want me to translate? If it is translated it wouldn't rhyme and have the same beat. So I think I'll skip that, sorry.

If you can read, great! A bit childish isn't it? But that's the best you can do if you only got 600 second, a.k.a. 10 minutes.

We went to lunch. All veges. Even the meat was made out of veges, but it still tastes good.

Then we started the flag, and I didn't get to do anything. Neither planning nor painting. It was done in 30 minutes, and we only had 30 minutes. Guess they can do it without me. It's not good. I feel sorry for the flag. But if we compared it to the others it's quite good.

Then the leader. First we chose a tall guy, but he rejected, so we have to choose a boy named Ling Yong Yu.

The team is done. then we played some games. the games to know each other. I have to say it's kind of fun. So maybe coming here isn't such a bad thing after all. Now I know some names of my teammate. And to be honest, I am the youngest there. it's not very fun i tell you. Then I guess nobody would know if I didn't tell them, and I didn't. Its not fun when someone picks on you, so i kept my age a secret, like girls keep their weight a secret.
Now we have to learn how to pray Buddha, which took 1hour. I have now learned how to do it, in 1 day!!7:30 is time for dinner. We ate veges again, now we have to pray, then we ate.
After that we wrote our diary there (we have to) and write letters to our mate. Mate? OK. It is like this. You draw a card blindfolded, and you have to write a letter for her(boy gets girls. girls get boys). And you musn't let her know who you are. And other people will write a letter for you about how's your day and all that stuff.
After playing some games, we went to bed at 12:00.

Home town of Josef Lada- Hrusice

Have you ever read the book 《The Good Soldier Svejk》 ? If you had ever read it, you must know the writer Jaroslav Hasek. But did you ever knew the book's illustrator Josef Lada? If you don't, this is what we are going to talk today, But mainly about his hometown- Hrusice.

Josef was born 17 December 1887 in Hrusice - 14 December 1957 in Prague, Josef and Hasek are very close freinds, and his name is known because of illustraiting the book 《The Good Soldier Svejk》.

The city Hrusice treats Josef like a celebrity. You can find at least 1 picture of his drawings almost 1 every km. of course, at parks, boards, sometimes even at menus and restraunts you can find his pictures. They even had his own musuem! Let me show you pictures.

Chocolate Musuem Prague

So, At my journey to Prague I stopped by to go to the Musuem of Chocolate, which is one of my favourite food. That musuem is opened by people who work at the chocolate musuem at Belgium. Then again,This is not just a musuem which just shows choclate bars, But it is a extreme musuem with various collections of choclate, cool info, and best of all, free chocolate samples!

So I walked in the rainforest of cacoa which was not even 1m far and tons of information about chocolate(the info comes at next paragraphs). Then there was a table which showed lots of accesories for chocolate. Then,(Best Part) I went to the counter and get to see how to make chocolate and got chocolate sample, and get to watch chocolate television! After that, it's a path about sometimes chocolate is good; that's all of the muesuem!

P.S. Don't imagine it very small, I'm sure it's bigger than your garden.

Choco Facts

  • Chocolate prevents cavity

  • If you eat 2 pieces of dark chocolate a week, it will extend your life

  • From healthiest to unhealthiest chocolate: Dark, Plain, Milk, White

  • Chocolate was originally a spicy mexican drink

  • Chocolate got it's name by a Spanish who can't speak Mayan well and misunderstood "choco' as hot and "late" as drink

So Long folks!

Toy Museum Prague

Yesterday, I went to the Toy Museum in Prague. It’s not a boring old museum which just displays brand new toys; it’s a museum which shows rare toys 200-50 years ago.
It contains history about toys, a special surprise on the second floor, and also animatronics!

So let’s get started!

Who says robots are war machines?

The First kind of dolls.

Farm houses from 20th century

Here comes the train!

En Garde!

Special: Barbie 50 year annivresary

Bonus: Animatronic!
